Equally we are keen to hear from individuals who arepassionate about service delivery and keen to promote excellence in health carein a role that does not require clinical training or previous specificexperience, who want to be part of a highly efficient team, making a differenceto patients and clinicians.
Excellent verbalcommunication skills and a general level of education, literate and numerate. We can provide you with resources todevelop and progress a long-term career including level 2 and 3apprenticeships.

Thisrole requires you to have current right to work in the UK which enables you toundertake the role without need of sponsorship. Given the current UKimmigration regulations this role is not eligible for sponsorship and thereforeit is not possible for the Trust to sponsor applicants.
Main duties of the job
1. Gain knowledge of equipment and be able to select it fromstock and load a van based on the next days scheduled plan, with the support ofsenior drivers and warehouse supervisors.
2. Supported to gain skills for handling equipment,including manual handling processes and risk assessments to look after yoursafety and wellbeing when moving equipment.
3. Communicating politely with queries from patients, carersand staff when preparing equipment, liaising with Warehouse Supervisors if helpis required.
4. Quality check work prior to internally transferringequipment through to the main warehouse.
5. Cleaning returned equipment, maintaining a clean, safewarehouse, and undertaking duties associated with the maintenance of stock.
6. Adhere to the correct policies and procedures in linewith Infection Prevention and control, COSHH, Health and safety and ManualHandling guidelines.
