We are recruiting for a Company Secretarial Assistant Manager to join a well-established and highly respected professional services firm. This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity for a talented governance professional to work on a diverse range of company secretarial tasks, supporting both routine compliance and complex corporate transactions.
Key Duties:

* Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering annual compliance services and assisting with event-driven transactions, including share buybacks and capital reductions
* Provide expert company law and secretarial advice to internal departments and clients
* Support the development of team standards, policies and procedures
* Assist with drafting legal documents, precedents and training materials for the department
* Collaborate with other departments, such as tax, audit and corporate finance, on multidisciplinary projects

Key Skills:
\n
* Extensive experience in a company secretarial role within a professional services or legal environment
* Strong knowledge of UK company law, including corporate transactions and statutory compliance
* A proactive and flexible approach with excellent communication and organisational skills
* CGI/ICSA qualification (or significant equivalent experience) is ideally preferred
* Experience with Diligent Entities is a distinct advantage
