Job Summary: Provide essential data to the Global Talent Acquisition Team on candidates and the recruitment market to support and formulate the Talent Acquisition Strategy. Research industry news and developments, proactively acting on gathered information, and build candidate pipelines and communities for current and future requisitions.
* Provide talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent demographic data to understand and identify current and future market conditions.
* Advise the talent acquisition team on the marketplace and constantly evolving, tweaking, and improving the search strategy to deliver excellence.
* Leverage existing resources and share information to facilitate an effective sourcing and candidate attraction strategy.
* Improve candidate experience by maintaining a close relationship to attract interested, qualified, and motivated potentials.
* Develop robust candidate pipelines across diverse business and functional areas for current and future hires using a multichannel sourcing approach.
* Utilize social media sourcing and branding tools to support talent attraction.
* Develop and carry out a referral sourcing strategy.
* Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility.
* Use candidate marketing for candidate associations, pools, professional groups, and affiliations.
Requirements:
* Master's degree desired or equivalent by experience.
* At least 3-5 years of experience as a strategic/technical recruitment Sourcer.
* Experience with online and offline sourcing and recruiting techniques.
* Experience setting up pipelines and building communities.
* Demonstrated experience with social media marketing and digital networking.
* Proficient in relevant office software and ATS/database systems.
* Ability to conduct online and pre-screening interviews.
* Ability to stay up to date with competitor information and market trends.
