About The Role
An exciting new role coordinating bids and tenders activity for AAH Pharmaceuticals, a market leader in healthcare distribution, whilst at the same time learning about the wider AAH wholesale business and the pharmaceutical industry to enhance your career development.
Accountabilities Include:
* Supporting AAH objectives of keeping existing profitable contracts and winning new ones
* Submission of high-quality tenders to both upstream pharmaceutical manufacturers for distribution of their branded medicines, and to downstream customers such as the NHS and large community pharmacy chains for medicines supply
* Facilitate the AAH end-to-end tendering process, including preparing for future tenders, pre-tender engagement, creating project timelines, coordinating internal approval processes, and results tracking
* Writing, proofreading and formatting of tender responses with support from subject matter experts

About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Essential
* 1 years experience in a role directly or indirectly involved in bids or tenders
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal
* Highly organised and good planner
* UK driving license
Desirable
* Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
* Has worked for an organisation involved in pharmaceuticals, healthcare or logistics
* Member of APMP or PRINCE2 accreditation
