Operations Manager, required for a prestigious boutique hotel, located in the Canterbury area, Kent.
This opportunity will suit a candidate with a strong F&B management / administration background, now looking to move into a more general management role within a hotel.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the smooth day to day running of the hotel along with your team.
2. Report to the Group General Manager.
3. Engage with your team and guests during peak service times, driving standards forward.
4. Ensure systems and procedures are in place and followed to ensure customer satisfaction and company objectives fulfilled, adhering to statutory regulations.
5. Involved with recruitment, development, discipline, training, and coaching of your Team.
6. Duty management, leading from the front, including working on traditional busy shifts - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday on rota.
Requirements:
1. Strong background from within food and beverage / bar, service departments.
2. Experience in financial planning and recording, budgeting, development of sales, and general administration.
3. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
4. Strong leadership skills to ensure standards and service levels are maintained and further developed.
