About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to work in our Tilia Homes Central region from the Solihull Office and our Western Region from the Exeter Office. This role will be assisting both regions with their marketing strategy.
Aim of the role
The Sales & Marketing Assistant will organise and co-ordinate the implementation of various operational aspects of the marketing of Tilia Homes, in line with the business and regional strategy.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Supporting the Regional Sales & Marketing teams to deliver the marketing plan.
* Working closely with our appointed design, signage and communication agencies to deliver agreed strategies.
* Maintaining accurate records of development signage both off and on-site, ensuring any payments are made as required and signage is up to date.
* Organising sales office fit outs and moves as required to ensure a continual sales presence.
* Organising and briefing new photography, identifying any gaps in the image library and ensuring that images are uploaded and tagged.
* Updating the website and property portals ensuring listings are accurate.
* Proofreading and liaising with other departments to ensure accuracy of all published material.
* Working with the marketing team to ensure the region has consistency of brand and messaging both offline and online.
* Identifying developments that require additional marketing support to improve sales.
* Creating engaging email campaigns to send out to the database on a regular basis.
* Creating and sourcing appropriate and engaging content for social media.
* Creating internal newsletters.
About You
* Excellent communication skills, including face-to-face, telephone, and written communication.
* Ability to build relationships both with internal and external stakeholders.
* A ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to work on own initiative.
* Ability to work across multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Enthusiastic, positive and motivated with a flexible approach to work.

* Full UK Driving licence and a willingness to travel between Solihull and Exeter as required in order to facilitate the role.
* An interest in data and analytics, with an ability to interpret and present back information relating to sales & marketing performance.
* Previous experience in the housebuilding industry.
