About the Role:
* As an Internal Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing the business by:Acquiring new business through proactive outreach to motor dealers across the UK
* Maintaining and growing relationships with existing dealers, ensuring they receive outstanding support and service
Key Responsibilities:
* Research and identify new business opportunities within the motor dealer sector
* Proactively contact potential clients, introducing them to our services
* Develop and coach dealers to increase their warranty sales
* Use a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions
* Handle client queries and liaise with management when required
* Present, negotiate, and overcome objections to secure new business via phone and video meetings
* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
* Plan and manage your diary effectively to maximise productivity
What We’re Looking For:
Previous sales experience in a dealership or telesales environment is preferred
Strong relationship-building skills with a confident, engaging personality
Comfortable with cold calling and proactive business development
Must have strong knowledge of the local area to effectively target potential clients
Ability to work independently from a suitable home office space
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
Adaptability to a fast-changing and growing business environment
Highly motivated, with a passion for success and achieving targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
A team player who can also work independently to drive results
