Reporting to the Director, the Specialist Sales & CE Ops Strategic Planning & Performance will assist the Manager and Director for Sales & CE Ops Strategic Planning & Performance to execute, and continuously improve upon a retail strategy that supports the member and prospect experience, profitable growth across all product lines, and greater efficiency in operations across retail channels. This will include the day-to-day coordination of operations and retail strategic projects for the retail channel including community offices, mall kiosks, and other retail/sales sites. The Specialist will also support Community Engagement in establishing operational standards and rigor to drive performance through systems, processes, policies and procedures, training. They will provide various levels of support from translating strategies to project plans for execution, to database maintenance and reporting, to aid strategic planning and performance.
Duties/Responsibilities
* Facilitates cross-functional collaboration through regular retail site visits and daily coordination with multiple stakeholders including Sales, Member Services, EDS, Brand/Marketing, Facilities, Fleet, Technology/IT, Compliance to support existing retail sites.
* Identifies and resolves specific operational and business issues in a timely manner, assuming an active role in driving ‘root cause’ analysis and proactively remediating issues and anticipated risks.
* Identifies opportunities for retail site enhancements, process improvement and efficiencies to improve member and prospect experience at retail locations.
* Supports implementation of processes/P&Ps.
* Helps in the development of training materials and delivery of training on systems, tools, processes for Sales/MS.
o Coordinates staff scheduling for all LoB at retail sites.
o Provides operational/project management support for retail initiatives and special projects (e.g., customer amenities, new retail sites roll-outs, etc.)
* Assists on sales production/ad hoc data collection and reporting.
* Additionally, the Specialist will support Community Engagement operations as follows:
o Conducts research on competitors’ community events.
o Supports the development and administration of CE Resource Center and other tools and resources to enhance CE effectiveness.
o Supports the development of P&Ps for CE.
* Maintains/updates various Salesforce weekly/monthly and ad-hoc business unit data collection, dashboard analysis and reporting (events tracking, leads generation, leads to enrollment conversions, Look Ahead Calendar etc.)
* Assists with systems development/enhancements including Salesforce to support CE operations.
o Perform various enterprise project coordination and administrative support functions (templates, project/outcome trackers, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications
* Associates Degree from an accredited university.
* Handle multiple tasks with a proactive, flexible approach to changing priorities.
* Advanced level experience in MS Suite – Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
o Strong communication skills.
o Proven ability to lead and deliver on strategic initiatives.
* Must be willing and able to travel to assigned retail sites.
Preferred
* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
* Database Analysis and Reporting, and Project Management experience.
Hiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $81,100 - $117,470
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $71,600 - $106,505
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
