Our esteemed client, a well-established law firm based in Somerset, is on the lookout for a talented Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join their thriving team.
As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you'll be a vital asset to their litigation department, handling a broad spectrum of disputes and offering strategic guidance to clients. From commercial conflicts to civil litigation matters, you'll tackle a variety of cases, collaborating with seasoned professionals to secure favourable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
* Managing diverse caseload including commercial disputes, contract issues, property litigation, and civil cases.
* Conducting legal research, drafting documents, and preparing court pleadings, motions, and briefs.
* Representing clients in court, mediations, arbitrations, and offering strategic counsel on case merits and settlement negotiations.
Qualifications:
* A qualified solicitor or barrister with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience in dispute resolution and litigation.
* Demonstrated proficiency in managing diverse caseloads, representing clients in court, and possessing exceptional legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
* Strong analytical abilities, effective communication, and negotiation skills, dedicated to delivering high-quality legal services with a client-centric focus. Membership in professional organizations and ongoing professional development activities are beneficial.
