Are you an experienced Site Manager looking to join an established regional Main Contractor? Would you like to join at the start of a long-term project?
Company
1. Established regional Main Contractor with a long-term work stream in the Northampton region.
2. They work on Social Housing refurbishment projects.
3. They have a long-term contract and need an experienced Site Manager to help them deliver the project.
Role
1. Managing a new project starting which is a residential repair and maintenance scheme.
2. Internal refurbishment and decarbonisation of residential properties.
3. New project starting, long-term duration - minimum 1 year.
4. Directing the Site team and subcontractors.
5. Report to a visiting Contracts Manager.
6. Fast track Kitchen and Bathroom replacement scheme.
Person Specification
1. You must have successfully delivered projects for a reputable contractor.
2. You must have previous experience on Kitchen and Bathroom retrofit schemes in a social housing environment.
3. Knowledge of refurbishment and maintenance works.
4. Good communication skills with relevant paperwork and documentation.
5. Experience working on residential refurbishment projects.
6. Be professional and work to resolve any problems efficiently.
7. You must have current CSCS, First Aid, SMSTS certificates.
This role will initially be on a long-term contract basis but is also open to applicants seeking a permanent appointment.
