General Reception Class Teaching Assistant
A Primary School within the PRESTON area are looking for an engaged TA who can help with general cover for the Reception class.
The Head Teacher of this school has stated their high opinion of teaching children academically and helping them to develop as a member of the community. This is someone which begins within Reception so they are keen to appoint a candidate who is happy to adapt the schools values into their approach of helping general teaching.
The Role:
- Will begin on 21st April 2025
- Run on a temporary basis
- Part-Time (Monday through to Thursday)
Requirements for Candidates:
- Level 2 or above/equivalent Teaching Assistant qualification
- Recent school-based experience, preferably in the Early Years or Year 1
- Commitment to joining a forward-thinking primary school 30 hours a week
- Desire to develop through additional qualifications and training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
