We are looking to appoint two motivated, dynamic, and business focused individuals postholder will develop and supply customer and client information relative to financial profiles, supplier accounts and performance information.
You will develop and supply customer and client information relative to financial profiles, supplier accounts and performance information. Develop an understanding of the day-to-day operation of the repairs services and provide system administration and support to enable the delivery of an efficient and customer focused service.
Experience of delivering services in high volume transactional environment, experience of working with internal and external partners and experience of managing demanding customer relationships and delivering and managing a wide range of customer service and advice services activity is essential.
You must have local government experience aswell as communication, customer service, numeracy, influencing, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
You will also possess ICT skills including Microsoft office, with an ability to manage diverse workloads and meet deadlines.
Experience supervising and directing clerical support staff and experience of using repairs / planning system(s) is desirable but not essential.
