Role Purpose:
As a Goods Inward Operative, you'll play a crucial role in the organisation and management of the goods inward area. Reporting to the Parts & Retail Manager, you'll ensure that goods are efficiently distributed to other branches while maintaining an organised space for the Parts/Retail team.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently transfer stock into stores and showroom
Unpack branch 'bins' and process incoming supplier parcels
Load and unload internal lorry to ensure smooth operations
Manage customer delivery and collection shelves
Conduct stock checks as required
Oversee showroom stock management
Provide friendly and effective customer service
Understand and meet relevant goals and targets for the parts department and branch
Follow company procedures, guidelines, and health & safety measures Required Skills:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills (face-to-face, email, etc.)
General computer proficiency
Strong numeracy and literacy skills
Team player with the ability to work independently
Good level of health and fitness
Full Driver's licence is a must
Forklift licence (desirable) Additional Information:

Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm
Term: Permanent, Part-time
