Norbury School would like to appoint an outstanding School Manager to work with our vibrant teams, in an award-winning Rights Respecting School. Norbury is a Safeguarding Learning Hub and Safeguarding is integral to all who work at Norbury.
In our last OFSTED March 2023 the school was described as:

You will work alongside the current School Manager until the end of the academic year; taking full responsibility for budgeting and contracts for the new financial year.

About you
We are looking for:
7. A dynamic proactive individual with a proven ability of financial, personnel and premises management
8. A school business management qualification; ILM Diploma Level 4 or Level 5, or a willingness to undertake training for this qualification.
9. Proven experience of FMS, or alternative school finance databases and Dataplan payroll.
10. Working knowledge of Arbor
11. Extensive experience in all areas of Microsoft Office
12. The ability to lead a team
13. The ability to train others in required skills
14. Experience of working in a busy school environment
15. Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with both children and adults.
16. The ability to organise your work under pressure and reach deadlines
