Global Accounting Network are partnered with a well established software business. We are seeking a skilled Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our team for 3 months initially. This role involves supporting key administrative functions, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of partner cases and sales inquiries. This is a temporary position, ideal for someone eager to contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment while supporting critical organizational functions. Key Responsibilities: Email Management: Monitor and respond to general inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication. Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate urgent or unresolved matters to the appropriate team or management. Partner Case Coordination: Track, follow up, and manage partner cases, ensuring timely updates and smooth progress through internal channels. Sales Inbox Oversight: Manage the sales inbox, routing queries to the correct teams or individuals. Ticket Creation: Assist with generating and prioritizing tickets for partner requests or issues. Case Updates: Regularly check case statuses and communicate updates as necessary. General Administrative Support: Provide broader administrative assistance to enhance team efficiency. What We’re Looking For: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Clear and effective written and verbal communication. Prior experience in an administrative role is an advantage. Proficiency with tools such as SFDC, case management systems, and Microsoft Office.
