Do you want to be part of a small team within the Road Department of Carlson Vehicle Transfer (a GROUPE CAT Company)? We are seeking a Contract Coordinator to join our Road Transport planning team in achieving objectives for all contractual Service Level Agreements.
Duties will include:
1. Daily interaction with CAT UK colleagues updating the Royal Mail planning spreadsheet
2. Attend weekly meetings with Stellantis and Royal Mail delegates
3. Attend monthly KPI meetings supporting the UK Road Transport Management Team
4. Manage weekly KPI reporting to Groupe CAT Design
5. Liaise daily with Strategic Partners, ensuring portal SLAs are adhered to
6. Work daily in collaboration with the Sub-Contract function
7. Update the Planning Team on daily contractual lead time performance
8. Monitor Groupe CAT Drivers via ADVANTAGE with real-time updates via their PDAs
9. Undertake continuous training and development
10. Coordination and facilitation of corrective action plans
11. Daily interaction with the Operations Manager on all Contract Updates
12. Identify business improvement opportunities
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in customer service
2. Knowledge of the Automotive Industry
3. Advanced Excel competence
4. Good Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skillset
5. Keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
6. Technology adept
