Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Senior National Account Manager include:
1. Research, analyse and understand your customers: business strategy, organisational structure, key values and priorities and to align Blue Arrow's sales strategy to these to grow Blue Arrow's market share
2. Manage onsite direct reports
3. Share cross sector revenue opportunities
4. Develop accurate client development plans
5. Regular face to face meetings onsite with client base and key decision makers
6. Manage key stakeholder relationships within each customer and initiate, build and develop productive relationships to create new business opportunities for Blue Arrow
