Position Summary We have an exciting position for Data Analyst to join our Sudbury Factory team. You'll be responsible for the management and ownership of the creation and maintenance of Local Production Data. Ensuring all requests from the factory team are managed and delivered to deadlines. A day in the life of This opportunity will provide timely and accurate data information to the Factory management teams, Reporting to the Finance Controller, your key responsibilities will include; - Support and Advise stakeholders of procedures for requests of local production data. - Ensure execution of the factory data responsibilities - Management of multiple data projects within the annual data windows - Budget timelines data reporting as required - Updating manufacturing KPIs/trackers as required What will make you successful? As the successful candidate you will be an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, who has the initiative to gain insight to pro-actively manage challenging and varied responsibilities. Good communication skills are important to enable data information to be understood across the team. A strong team player is essential as well as; - Strong numerical and planning competencies with a high level of attention to detail - Having excellent systems knowledge including Excel functionality (look ups & pivot tables) and ideally possessing SAP experience - High Degree of Accuracy & Diligence - Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. - Highly PC literate e.g. Excel - Ability to work as part of a team. - Excellent planning and organising skills. - Excellent communication skills. - Flexibility - to meet the demands of the job.
