Senior Pension Services Specialist Location: Reigate – Hybrid (50% office, the remainder at home) Full time – 35 hours or Part time – open to discussion ____________________________________________________ Who are Just? The Role The role sits within the Defined Benefits team, and is focused on supporting with complex queries, overseeing member servicing activities on a day-to-day basis and ensuring processes and procedures meet our servicing needs. A large part of this role will involve the generation and issuing of quotations from deferred pension schemes. Alongside this you will be training and mentoring other members of the team and working with our clients, TPAs and the wider DB team to ensure all member option calculations are accurate and paid on time. Key Accountabilities Completing/checking colleagues deferred retirement and transfer calculations Helping mentor and develop the team to reduce any quality issues Provide oversight for member option activities Verifying payrolls from TPA About You The experience, skills, and knowledge we are looking for: Previous experience working with a number of defined benefit arrangements, either trust based or with bulk annuities A good understanding of DB Pensions, specifically around quotations, deferred calculations and member options Able to train junior team members and evaluate their progress against competency targets A good team worker, able to establish and communicate priorities with a number of people to ensure adequate support is given to the team and TPA Desirable: Professional qualifications such as RPC, APE, CPC Why Just?
