Role & Responsibilities The Electrical Associate Engineer will be expected to manage the delivery of high-quality electrical services design packages across all stages of the design development process. Your responsibilities will include: To contribute to resource management and planning. To contribute to business development activity. To represent the company at an executive level and promote our core values at stakeholder engagement meetings and the local professional network. To support the board of directors with the growth and technical development of the regional business. To support your direct reports and peer group through collaboration and knowledge sharing. To identify opportunities for further personal development and advancement. About You: Demonstrable experience within a similar or relevant working environment at a management level. An understanding of the commercial and technical management of service delivery. Demonstrable people and communication skills. An understanding of current and emerging market trends. Degree level academic qualifications or equivalent. Chartership status with the Engineering Council or equivalent. A genuine passion for the built environment.
