An opportunity has arisen for HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) Registered Qualified Ambulance Paramedics wishing to work for The Scottish Ambulance Service at Ullapool as lead clinician on an Accident & Emergency Resource whilst supporting & developing our paramedic & ambulance technician student cohort. We are seeking applications from enthusiastic and pro-active paramedics keen to deliver high quality care to patients within Ullapool and surrounding areas. It is crucial that applicants are team players who are flexible in approach, display utmost professionalism and can show a lead by example ethos. Applications are sought from suitably qualified HCPC Registered Paramedics. Successful applicants must show an enthusiasm towards supporting students/trainees through their education and placement period. This post will be part of a team in a remote location working from home with an on-call commitment. There is a requirement to reside within a reasonable distance of Ullapool. Residing in excess of 5 miles of Ullapool will require to be discussed to see if this can be agreed prior to appointment.
