Job Title: HR Advisor Location: Chesterfield Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Primary Industry: Human Resources Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum Job Duties: Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews Handle employee relations issues and provide support in conflict resolution Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes Conduct training sessions on HR topics for staff members Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations Required Qualifications: Degree in Human Resources or related field Chartered Membership of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) Proven experience in an HR advisory role Education: Degree in Human Resources or related field Experience: Previous experience in an HR advisory role Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practises Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Proficient in HR software and systems Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Experience working in a fast-paced HR environment For more information on the role, please contact Connor Franks - Email: or ADZN1_UKTJ
