We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coaching Program Manager to oversee and manage the entire coaching department. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all coaching services, maintaining the highest standards of quality, and leading a team of coaches and tutors. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and leadership skills, along with a passion for delivering excellence in coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Leadership:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the coaching department.
• Ensure all processes and workflows are efficient, organized, and aligned with company objectives.
2. Team Management:
• Supervise, mentor, and support a team of coaches and tutors.
• Monitor the performance of all coaching staff to ensure consistency and quality of services.
• Provide guidance and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
3. Quality Control:
• Evaluate and ensure the quality of coaching services delivered by the team.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols.
• Conduct regular reviews of coaching sessions and interventions.
4. Performance Monitoring:
• Set KPIs for the coaching team and monitor their achievement.
• Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary.
5. Collaboration and Coordination:
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integration of coaching services into broader company goals.
• Coordinate with tutors to guarantee alignment and support for coaching programs.
6. Reporting and Accountability:
• Report on department performance, client satisfaction, and key metrics to senior management.
• Take full responsibility for the operational success of the coaching service.
• Identify opportunities to enhance coaching programs and innovate service delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in coaching.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in managing a coaching or similar operational team.
2. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to ensure accountability, drive performance, and maintain high-quality standards.
4. Familiarity with coaching techniques, methods, and best practices.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
7. Proficiency in using tools and software for reporting and team management.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Previous experience as a coach or in a leadership role within a coaching or education-focused environment.
2. Certification in coaching or relevant training is a plus.
