Our client is seeking a dynamic Digital Account Executive to drive recruitment advertising and employer branding solutions across Northern Ireland. In this role, you will build strong client relationships and offer tailored solutions through trusted platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage a portfolio of recruitment advertising clients, fostering long-term relationships. Identify and secure new business opportunities within the recruitment advertising sector. Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that meet client needs. Proactively identify upselling opportunities and repeat business. Utilize CRM systems to manage client interactions, track sales pipelines, and ensure timely follow-up. Stay informed on digital media trends and advise clients on best practices. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales role, ideally in digital media, recruitment, or advertising. Strong understanding of digital media, recruitment advertising, and social media platforms. Full, clean driving license and access to a car (expenses reimbursed). Proven ability to engage and influence clients at all levels. Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
