A reputable law firm is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team in Bracknell. The main purpose of this role is to contribute to the management of residential property transactions supporting experienced solicitors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Caseload Management: Assist solicitors in managing a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
2. Due Diligence: Conduct title checks, land registry searches, and other due diligence tasks to ensure the smooth progress of transactions.
3. Document Drafting: Draft legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements, with precision and attention to detail.
4. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to provide updates and facilitate communication throughout the conveyancing process.
5. Post-Completion Tasks: Handle post-completion tasks, such as registration of title deeds and payment of stamp duty land tax, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
