About the Role
As a Facilities Manager, you will support non-core engineering and facilities services by delivering a professional service to Site Managers, Engineering Teams, and other stakeholders as needed. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the effective delivery of safe, compliant, and reliable site facilities, services, and infrastructure. This also includes managing any reactive maintenance and small projects as required. This position is site-based, Monday to Friday.
Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Effective Delegation – Assign tasks to specialists and technicians, ensuring quality and efficiency.
2. Installation Oversight – Manage electrical, plumbing, and related system maintenance.
3. Team Development – Encourage skill-building and improved maintenance practices.
4. PPM Improvement – Enhance Planned Preventative Maintenance processes.
5. CMMS Enhancement – Recommend and implement CMMS improvements.
6. Maintenance Scheduling – Plan and manage maintenance tasks, keeping CMMS updated.
