Our company is seeking a motivated and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying top talent, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and facilitating successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Source and attract candidates through various channels including online job boards, networking, and social media platforms.
2. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for specific roles.
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
4. Facilitate the placement process from start to finish.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications
1. Have a minimum of 12 months experience within recruitment.
2. Be highly motivated, self-driven, and have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
4. Work well within a sales environment.
5. Be a confident communicator both externally and internally with clients, potential clients, candidates, and the office team.
6. Have strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
