The Role:
Clancy are seeking an experienced Team Leader for a 2-person team carrying out repairs on the Waste Water network, including both planned and unplanned repairs and maintenance. This may include minor civil works.
You will be responsible for carrying out technical activities on a variety of workstreams, which involve repairing and maintaining sewers.
The role requires an extensive amount of physical activity, so demonstrable ability to perform in this aspect is essential. You will also need to be comfortable with a large element of travel, as you will be required to work in Inverness and surrounding areas.
Some of the tasks you will be involved in…
1. Undertake all aspects of work required by line management.
2. Minimise disruption to local residents and meet contract KPIs and client-specific requirements.
3. Ensure all customer and client interaction is professional and in accordance with procedures.
4. Strict compliance with legal and legislative policies and procedures.
5. Cooperate in any incident/accident/damage investigation.
6. Accurate and timely completion of all data recorded on information management systems.
7. Ensure strict adherence to all Clancy Group health, safety, and environmental regulations.

We are keen to receive applications from candidates with the following accreditations and experience: CSCS, NPORS/CPCS, deep excavation, temporary works, confined spaces, abrasive wheels, manual handling, and first aid.
Please note, a full and valid driving licence for the Team Leader role is essential. 360 excavator, towing, and Streetworks (NRSWA) tickets are all highly desirable.
