As a Partner Manager at CACI, your role involves cultivating and maintaining strategic relationships with key Technology partners to drive business growth and expand market presence. You'll identify opportunities for partnerships, negotiate mutually beneficial agreements, and foster collaboration that ensures shared success. You will play a pivotal role in broadening market reach, tapping into new customer segments, and boosting revenue through joint ventures and alliances. Leveraging your partnership management skills, you'll build strong alliances, enhance our product offerings, and capitalize on mutual strengths to achieve common business goals. Your efforts will contribute to diversification, market competitiveness, and the overall sustainability of our business through strategic collaborations. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute partnership and alliance strategies in key focus areas, including AWS, Microsoft, Fortinet, F5 and Cisco. Identify potential partnership opportunities and areas for collaboration. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform partnership strategies. Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts. Manage and nurture ongoing partner relationships. Monitor and report on partnership performance and return on investment (ROI). Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise 5 years of experience in Technology Partnership Management, IT Channel/Distribution essential Experience in negotiating complex agreements with Technology Vendors Able to work through Reseller/Partner Programs to identify margin opportunities for CACI Familiarity with ERP/CRM tools (e.g., Netsuite). Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels within an organization. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Previous experience working for any of the listed Vendors is highly desirable. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
