This is a fixed term post for 21 months.

You’ll use your strong organisational skills to provide effective administrative support to our Workforce Service.
Using your excellent written and verbal communication skills, you'll also provide routine advice on a wide range of interesting and challenging workplace issues in a busy but supportive environment, which will help to accelerate your professional growth.
You’ll be working in a supportive and friendly environment under the supervision of our Organisational & Talent teams.
We'll provide you with the learning and development opportunities you'll need to build your knowledge as you work towards the CIPD Level 3 HR Apprenticeship Standard.
The role is a great foundation for a range of career opportunities, and you could become one of our future workforce colleagues!
About you:
1. 5 GCSEs or equivalent 9-4 (A-C) grade.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Knowledge of Microsoft in the use of IT packages i.e. Word, Excel and the ability to input data.
4. Ability to prioritise and organise workload.
