* Working knowledge of SQL Server (installation, maintenance, tuning, HA/DR strategies) and experience with SSIS and SSRS.
* Understanding of cloud-based technologies to complement on-premise solutions, with exposure to Azure, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and VMWare management via CLI or automation tooling.
* Familiarity with ITIL Service Operation Processes (Incident, Problem, Event, Access Management, Request Fulfilment) and experience contributing to their continuous improvement.
* Ability to work calmly under pressure, manage competing priorities, and proactively support both project delivery and day-to-day operations.
