Key Responsibilities:
As an Inbound Sales Lead Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing incoming leads, ensuring that they are processed efficiently, and providing administrative support to facilitate the sales process. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a driven team and contribute to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound sales inquiries and qualify leads through initial contact.
* Ensure all leads are accurately entered and tracked in the CRM system.
* Assist with lead follow-up, including scheduling calls, meetings, and demonstrations for the sales team.
* Support the sales team Manager with administrative tasks, such as preparing presentations, reports, and other sales materials.
* Maintain and update lead data to ensure a high level of data accuracy.
* Communicate effectively with potential clients, providing them with relevant information and solutions.
* Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover and alignment.
* Assist in identifying opportunities for improving sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in inbound sales, processing and converting sales leads.
* High volume sales conversion experience
* Experience with medium value / volume of leads
* Processing leads/orders through dedicated IT systems (ie Jumptech)
* Managing an EV survey process
* Managing payment taking processes from customer
* Liaising with Booking Team and Engineer Management
* Responsible for SLA management and adherence (customer)
* Responsible for SLA management and adherence (lead provider)
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
* Data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to analyse metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
* A strategic mindset combined with hands-on experience in day-to-day sales operations.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience working in a B2B environment is highly desirable.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Knowledge of relevant sales technologies and tools (e.g., CRM, sales automation platforms).
