We are working with an industry-leading design-and-build business operating across the water sector who currently have an annual turnover of £500million. As a Site Agent on the Thames Water framework, you’ll play a key role in delivering a variety of exciting projects—from upgrading water treatment works to creating nature-based solutions and improving flood defences. This role offers purpose, challenge, and the opportunity to make a real difference while advancing your career in a thriving organisation. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with design and commercial teams to ensure efficient project delivery and mitigate risks. Manage site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Oversee site-level procurement, subcontractor logistics, and health and safety reporting. Act as a Temporary Works Coordinator, ensuring temporary works comply with design specifications. Maintain open communication with clients, updating them on progress and addressing concerns as they arise. What We’re Looking For: Qualifications: CSCS card, SSSTS/SMSTS certification, and an HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience. Expertise: Solid understanding of civil engineering principles and practices. Skills: Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Other: A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Thames Valley region if required. What’s in It for You?
