The role includes day-to-day tasks associated with cost control, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.
Qualifications
* Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
* BOQ (Bill of Quantities) knowledge and experience
* Experience in cost reporting
* Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* A degree in Quantity Surveying (or the equivalent)
