Job Description
This is a 1-year fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities
* Communicate, administer and process all requests that are logged within the HR Inbox.
* Process all Recruitment Approval Forms (RAFs) on the HR applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Communicate received applicant CVs to the relevant hiring manager(s) along with recruitment shortlisting matrix.
* Schedule interviews at an agreed date and time between all parties involved.
* Process successful candidate’s offer letter and employment terms and conditions, and candidate onboarding paperwork.
* Process all completed training records onto relevant HR system(s).
* Organise and communicate employee relations meetings.
* Administer and process all requests that are logged.

Requirements
* Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resource Management/Business/Law or working towards same.
* Good judgment and decision-making skills.
* Highly organised.
* Experience gained in a HR function.
* Awareness and knowledge of HR practices.
* Knowledge of employment legislation.
