Position Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Global CRM Marketing & Analyst to join the Barbour team on a temporary Maternity cover based at South Shields. You will have strong analytical skills and be able to analyse consumer journeys, customer behaviour and effects of loyalty initiatives including multi-variant testing. You will be proficient in email marketing and able to contribute positively towards building the campaigns and programs for triggered customer journeys, making new journeys and improvements to current journeys based on testing and analysis. You have a keen eye for detail and will be meticulous in your approach and always have the highest of standards in mind when analysing data.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
* Plan, execute and analyse new triggered email programs. This will include personalising emails to create a 1-to-1 experience for customers. Analyse and quantify the value of the programs and roll these out globally.
* Triggered campaigns to be implemented across email marketing and customer experience platforms, utilising a range of customer data and user behavioural insights.
* Improve current triggered emails programs through testing. Report on and monitor the effectiveness of the changes and relay these to wider stakeholders.
* Design and build both triggered and BAU newsletters emails in line with brand and seasonal guidelines.
* Create targeted customer segments for BAU newsletter sends across all markets.
* Measure success of BAU campaigns against KPIs and report to the wider ecommerce team.
* Work with the CRM team to improve and create new initiatives which work in line with the business objectives.
* Analyse and share CRM data, consumer insights and trends across the business monthly.
* Maintain and improve customer profile reports for the business.
* Provide ad-hoc analysis to wider teams on request and present results in a clear manner.
* Monitor the Single Customer View and email platform for data/send issues and work with external teams to fix any issues.
* Use Faststats, PowerBI, GA4, Excel and Bloomreach (our ESP) to analyse all of the above.
* Manage the execution and support on the strategy for our SMS channel.
* Manage data deletion, GDPR requests and data cleansing globally.
Skills And Experience
* Experience within an email/CRM role.
* Previous experience of building email campaigns is essential.
* Previous experience of SMS marketing and other CRM channels is essential.
* Photoshop experience to create email assets.
* Experience with Bloomreach or equivalent marketing automation tool would be beneficial i.e., Braze, Ometria, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* Previous experience working with CRM, Customer and order data.
* Confident working with Excel and large sets of data.
* Confident using Microsoft PowerPoint.
