Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in accordance with nursing standards and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct patient assessments and develop individualised care plans
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
3. Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
4. Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide optimal patient care
5. Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
6. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
1. Registered Nurse qualification with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration
2. Proven experience in a clinical setting
3. Strong anatomy knowledge and understanding of medical terminology
4. Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
