Business Operations Coordinator Job ID 182980 Posted 07-Nov-2024 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Administrative Location(s) Birmingham - England - United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, London - England - United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Role Purpose The Business Operations Coordinator is responsible for collaborating across 6 service lines, 8 locations and the primary functions are coordinating service line activities, key performance measurement, developing team goals and organising annual reporting calendar and account reviews. Key Responsibilities - Work with the Account leadership to develop and administer team goals, the client care plan, performance plans, training plans and succession plans as required. - Liaise with HR and administer the day to day functioning of the employee support calendar to dovetail with the wider CBRE operation. - Prepare and organise annual reporting calendar and account reviews, manage and ensure accurate and timely delivery of meeting agendas/ minutes. - As part of the account leadership, the account coordinator will drive business activities; review processes and implement changes where they feel improvements should be done. - A focal point for the client for the Bi-Annual and Governance Calls. - Maintain actions and notes during the Bi-Annual, Governance and Team Calls. - Responsible for producing and distributing the monthly success updates. - Key point to provide assurance reviews on all relevant policies; training; and vetting processes. - Use networks to ensure collaboration; best practice sharing; and team bonding is run throughout the service lines. - Drive insights and share relevant market material with client and team leads.
