Job Description
* Providing administrative support to the legal and HR teams.
* Supporting on a range of commercial agreements, drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts.
* Supporting on recruitment and employment matters.
* Handling confidential documents and maintaining an organised filing system.
* Owning the data protection process, responding to DSARs and staying on top of GDPR regulations, making sure the business is compliant.
* Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Managing HR records and updating HR systems as necessary.
* Supporting the legal team in contract administration.
* Preparing legal correspondence and reports.
* Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
* Ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal & HR Assistant should have:
* A degree in Law, HR or a related field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Experience in a similar role within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry would be advantageous.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
