YOUR ROLE As a Senior Venture Lead, you fuse strategic vision with execution from ideation to scaling. You excel at driving complex projects, inspiring diverse teams, and building strong partnerships with clients and colleagues alike. We’re seeking a dynamic generalist who thrives in ambiguity and is ready to push boundaries for high-impact results. Within this role, you will: Be ultimately responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the project according to agreed scope and budget, spotting commercial opportunities to extend project scope and develop on-sell opportunities through deepening client relationships. You will work closely with Associate Directors to grow and develop accounts. Take ultimate responsibility for setting the overall project plan and end-to-end delivery of the entire venture building process, leading a team to conduct activities in this process such as: Identifying market gaps and validating high-potential opportunities. Crafting product concepts, defining the MVP, and overseeing the 0-to-1 design and build from ideation to launch. Supporting the development of robust commercial models and proposition / feature roadmaps Identifying acquisition channels, executing growth initiatives and measuring performance to drive scalable growth. Establishing operating models, processes and structures for successful launch and longer term scale for new ventures. Become the go-to partner for your client’s day-to-day needs, proactively shaping their thinking and keeping them informed of progress, risks, and opportunities. Leading the development of proposals and pitches, detailing compelling approaches, resource requirements, and costs. Contribute to supporting future pipeline opportunities, both with existing clients and new prospects. What we love in a candidate: Demonstrable strrong professional experience – examples include consulting, working in startups or elsewhere in industry. You have a track record of guiding multi-disciplinary teams across multiple workstreams—balancing strategic direction, creative collaboration, and high-quality delivery. You’re comfortable managing budgets, teams and client relationships. You can pivot between strategic planning and hands-on execution seamlessly. You are excited by partnering with creative teams, leveraging your understanding of the creative process to seamlessly integrate innovative ideas into strategic, market-ready products. A flexible mindset with the ability to quickly adapt across disciplines, balancing both execution and creative problem solving. A proactive, entrepreneurial attitude and growth mindset to think around problems, navigate ambiguity, and challenge clients to think differently.
