In this role, you’ll work closely with teams across the business to understand regional demand and manage every aspect of the candidate journey, from attraction to first shift and beyond. You will play a pivotal part in: - Screening suitable candidates. - Supporting candidates through interviews and compliance checks to become work-ready or talent pooled for future needs. - Offering clear, proactive guidance on requirements, ensuring a compliant and streamlined process that supports our workforce needs. By keeping candidates informed and engaged at every stage, you’ll help them complete all necessary requirements without delay, ensuring they can start booking shifts with ease. Your commitment to a smooth and compliant onboarding experience will directly impact candidate satisfaction and service excellence. Please note - This role is predominately working from home, but there may be a need for you to come to our offices in Hemel Hempstead occasionally.
