Are you a data enthusiast, wanting to make a real impact to people data globally? This opportunity could be for you.
In this role, you’ll create and maintain a suite of data products, including reports and dashboards, to provide crucial insights into our People metrics. You’ll play an important role in developing a new People Data Lake, enhancing our teams’ capabilities and offerings. Your expertise in SQL, Databricks, and Power BI will be key in optimising our data for front-facing products and ensuring accurate, up-to-date reporting.
You’ll mentor junior analysts, support business processes with insightful analysis, and design intuitive data products that promote self-service. You’ll partner with various business areas to understand their needs, ensuring our data products are targeted and relevant. Your role will also involve maintaining compliance with data protection policies and governance.
You’ll be confident in Power BI, SQL and have a strong attention to detail. Bringing experience in continuous improvement, stakeholder management and the ability to translate data into actionable insights will make you successful in this role.
This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, working on a hybrid basis at our Whiteley office and home.
