IMH Recruitment are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to provide an effective administrative business support service to Service Managers for our client in Wakefield. Job duties: Provide a range of administration tasks. Minute taking. Diary management. Bulk data input. Typing. Receptionist/front desk cover as and when needed. Photocopying. Handle confidential correspondence within set timescales. Act as the first point of contact, responding to routine inquiries. Maintain accurate data records in electronic and manual systems. Hours & Pay: Monday - Friday: 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm. (Hours to be confirmed at interview stage). £12.85 Per Hour. 37 hours a week. Hybrid working option - required to attend the office 3 days a week. Requirements: Minute taking experience Diary management experience 4 GCSE “C” or above grades including: Maths, English and 2 other related subjects. (Essential). ICT Qualification such as EDCL, ICT GCSE or equivalent experience. (Essential). NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent in a subject relevant to the role i.e Customer Service (Preferrable)
