About the Role:
You will lead a large, diverse team to ensure the successful completion of cutting-edge projects to the highest standards. Your leadership will be key in fostering a positive, productive environment that empowers your team to excel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Business Unit Leaders, senior teams, and department heads.
* Set a clear standard for success and quality within the team, ensuring everyone understands their role.
* Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies and trends to stay ahead of the curve.
* Maintain departmental and business certifications with timely actions.
* Continuously assess team capabilities against industry trends and provide training to ensure skills remain current.
* Lead a team of 35 Software Engineers, Testers, and Architects.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience growing teams, expanding capabilities, and integrating new offerings.
* Strong quality-focused mindset, with experience in managing and evolving an integrated QA team.
* Experience in managing team performance and driving results.
* Senior stakeholder management experience.
* Confident in pitching, presenting, and leading strategic discussions.
