By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a teenage boy in Bury.
Our service user is a joyful young man with a fantastic sense of humour who loves engaging with people.
In your role, you will be responsible for delivering specialised support for his intricate care needs, tending to his clinical care requirements, establishing a calm and comforting sleep environment, offering reassurance if he awakens, and carrying out any necessary clinical interventions.
It is essential for applicants to possess experience in complex care, as well as a background in working with children or young people.
Our ideal candidate will show confidence when managing complex and challenging situations, maintaining composure and empathy, as his care needs can become quite intense at times.

Pay Rates:
During your shadowing period, your starting hourly rate will be £11.50.
This will increase to between £15.50 and £18.00 upon successful completion of the training program and after being signed off as competent in all clinical tasks.
Shifts Available Full Time Nights (minimum 3 shifts per week)
1. 7:45pm – 8:00am
2. You must be able to commit to working two weekends per month

3. A minimum of 3 months previous care / support work experience
