We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our client's market presence. This strategic role requires a strong understanding of the commercial refrigeration industry, along with the ability to identify growth opportunities, build relationships, and drive sales performance across Pub and Restaurant Chains.
Job Description
* Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
* Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels across various sectors (Pub and Restaurants).
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
* Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and close.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand visibility and lead generation initiatives.
* Conduct market analysis to stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
* Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote our products and services.
* Work closely with engineering, production, and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven track record in business development or sales within the refrigeration, Hospitality and Pub/Restaurant industry.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Track record of driving sales and growth across C-suite/head office relationships.
* Technical understanding of refrigeration systems and industry standards is a strong advantage.
* Self-motivated, strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
