ABOUT THE ROLE
● assist in the implementation and administration of health, safety, and fire safety policies
● ensure compliance with safety procedures and legal obligations
● investigate security and safety incidents, including accidents and fire alarms, and provide recommendations
● deliver training sessions, communicate safety policies, and maintain up-to-date safety documentation
● assist with conducting fire drills and act as a deputy in emergency situations
● maintain records of safety activities, produce statistical reports, and ensure compliance with certifications

ABOUT YOU
● previous experience within a similar role
● current SIA Door Supervisor license
● excellent customer service skills
● great observation and monitoring skills
● ability to be assertive in any situation in a professional way
● ability to work on your own initiative but also as part of the Security team
