Our client is based in Hastings and due to their continual growth, we are delighted to be recruiting for a customer service administrator to join their team.
Main Duties
1. Monitoring orders and orders enquires inboxes.
2. Dealing with new orders, print orders and check the details, dates and pricing.
3. Sending order confirmation to customers and process the order on SAP.
4. Booking orders in with the delivery depot and upload to the portal.
5. Checking for any changes and update the systems and the relevant people.
6. Answering and diverting phone calls.
7. Answering door buzzer and informing the appropriate people of the visitor.
8. Dealing with daily haulier paperwork and uploads.
9. Dealing with customers order update sheets and record any failures or amendments that have been made.
10. Assists with customer meetings to highlight any issues and shortages etc.
11. Service level reports to be completed.
12. Processing of shortages - updating shortage sheet and advising the customer.
13. Monitoring and processing of enquiries via inbox for any queries.
14. Responsible for taking daily morning meeting notes.
15. Deal with customer requests.
16. Uploading invoice and run the orders report on SAP. Filter for the day being uploaded, removing any cancelled orders.
