Service AssistantReporting to one of our Collections and House Officers, you’ll be part of a team of 12-15 Service Assistants working at Cragside.Service Assistants play an important role in supporting the House Team and you'll be involved in lots of different tasks. These could include greeting visitors on arrival or assisting them with queries around the house, working alongside our team of volunteers, and helping to ensure we meet our security and fire safety compliance requirements.Most importantly though, you'll be talking to and engaging with visitors, enhancing their visit and bringing the story of Cragside to life.
