As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and professional environment while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and clients in a professional and courteous manner. Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary. Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared for use. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Maintain the reception area and common areas to a high standard. Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and correspondence. Support the office team with ad-hoc tasks as required. Key Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer service role (ideally within a serviced office, hotel, or corporate environment). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable manner. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
